Career & personality assessment
A structured assessment of strengths, interests and personality, so the recommendation starts from who the student is, not from what is trending this year.
For high school students & their parents
Since 2012, Nidaa Jabbour has guided hundreds of students and parents through career and personality assessments and one-on-one counseling, so the major your child picks fits who they actually are and where they want to go.
01 · Why it matters
Students switch majors, lose a year, or finish a degree they never wanted, not because they lacked ability, but because nobody sat down with them and mapped their strengths to a real path. That conversation is the whole job here.
Choosing by guesshow most families do it
A lot of stress. A decision nobody is sure about.
Choosing with guidancehow a session works
A clear choice, made together, that the student owns.
02 · The personality test
Every student Nidaa works with starts with a career and personality assessment. It replaces "what do you feel like studying?" with a clear picture of how the student thinks, what energises them and the kind of work they would actually enjoy.
Personality traits, interests, strengths and the way the student likes to work: alone or with people, hands-on or analytical, structured or creative.
Nidaa reads the results with the student one-on-one and maps them to university majors and career paths that fit, with the honest trade-offs of each.
A profile the student recognises as themselves, a shortlist of majors that match it, and a reason behind each one that parents can stand behind.

Directions that fit this profile
Illustrative example. Every student's profile and shortlist are built from their own results.
03 · What you get
A structured assessment of strengths, interests and personality, so the recommendation starts from who the student is, not from what is trending this year.
Individual sessions with the student, and sessions with the parents, so everyone leaves aligned on the same plan instead of pulling in different directions.
A shortlist of majors that match the student's profile and goals, with what each one really involves and where it leads after graduation.
What each career path looks like day to day, the options it opens, and the concrete steps from high school to there.
Guidance as new decisions come up: subject choices, applications, and the moments a student doubts the plan.
Career orientation workshops, classroom sessions and educational programs, run in collaboration with schools and NGOs.
04 · How it works
Two minutes. A few questions so Nidaa understands the student's situation before you talk.
You hear back within 24 hours to agree on the format, the timing and the fee. No surprises.
The student completes the career and personality assessment, then works through it with Nidaa one-on-one. Parents get their own session.
A shortlist of majors that fit, a career direction, and the next steps written down, so the decision stops being a debate.

Both. The student has their own one-on-one sessions, and the parents have a session too. The goal is that the whole family leaves aligned on the same plan.
A structured career and personality assessment the student completes before the sessions. It looks at personality traits, interests, strengths and working style. Nidaa reviews the results with the student one-on-one and uses them to build the shortlist of majors, so the recommendation starts from who the student is.
It starts with a career and personality assessment. Nidaa then works through the results with the student: strengths, interests, goals, and the majors and careers that genuinely fit. You leave with a shortlist and the next steps.
Grade 10 and 11 give the most room to plan subjects and applications calmly. Grade 12 is not too late, and many families come then. University students considering a switch are welcome too.
